blue fire ball shoots down from sky and stops in mid air
traveling south on highway 16 when i noticed a blue ball of fire. I thought maybe it was a falling star so i turned to my girlfriend and right when i was getting ready to tell her to look it stopped in mid air for about a split second and then continued to fall. i began to yell "look!!" "holy s**t" there was a few cars in front of me that i knew also saw because we were all going about 20 mph in a 70 mph speed limit. after a few seconds we then saw a very very bright light shoot up straight to the sky. looked like a reverse thunder bolt
