Various small oval objects flying at high altitude over the Houston-Alvin skies. The bright objects flew over the clouds.
A tropical storm was approaching this area (AARON) this produced lightning and flashes, between the clouds on areas that are clear, these objects flew around this cloud system as if they are getting some sort of "power" or "energy".
Also some streaks of lights were seen but they turned out to be "shooting stars" entering the atmosphere. NASA space center or other observation centers may have detected these objects as well as any other strange activities.
