Star like object moving across the sky very slowly and stops moving.
As I sat down for a coffee break on the balcony of our cafeteria I looked up into the sky and noticed what appeared to be a star, but the star was moving from the West to the East at a very slow rate of speed.
A fellow co-worker joined me and asked what I was looking at, as he looked to the sky he could also see the star moving. We took it for granted it was a satellite passing over head, but the star or satellite stopped moving after crossing the sky slowly.
We observed the object in the stationary position for three minutes before returning back to our work areas. The object never flickered, it was a constant light the size of a star.
