Blue light in sky, hovering, moving in small circles
Our son was looking out the back door of the house southward in the night sky when he noticed a blue light in the sky. At first it looked similar to the other stars in the sky except for its bluish tent.
As we stared at it, it was obviously hovering, making small circles. It also appeared to be pulsating somewhat. We watched it for an hour.
