bright green light, silent, moving slowly, turned, shot forward and was gone
I was driving down a busy road during late rush hour. Out of mt peripheral vision to the left, at about 100 feet above the ground, I saw a huge round intense green light. It was silent. It turned upward and looked like it had 2 parts to it, shot forward and was gone. A policeman was in front of me and many people were behind me. the policeman actually pulled over and got out of his car and looked towards where the object had been.
