Metallic sphere flew into my bedroom from the hallway and out through the bedroom wall.
Approximately 10 years ago I was living in Kansas City, MO. I was sitting in my bed talking online to a friend on a laptop in front of me and had the TV running to my left.
I sensed something and looked up. A sphere that appeared to be metal and about the size of a softball was flying into my bedroom from out in the hallway (in front of me to the right). It flew about arms length in front of me. It did not have wings or rotors that I could see, but it flew and maneuvered as a helicopter would. I did not hear any noise from it. I didn’t see any windows, etc., but it must have had some type of sensors. It turned by pivoting in its space and started to fly away toward the wall in front of me. I thought it might have been some sort of police spybot, but I had no idea how it would have entered my house or why.
I wasn’t dreaming. I was wide awake with lights and noise from the TV and typing on the laptop and the light happened to be on in the hallway. It was a completely physical experience, until it flew right through the wall of my bedroom.
Although I was not a reporter at the time, I have been an investigative reporter for a county newspaper the past 5 years. I have an interest in the unknown or unexplained along with ancient history where my passion has led to discovering some ancient geophysical structures that interested the Faram Research Foundation.
