We were in a car traveling northbound when I noticed a shiny, silver sphere in the northern sky approximately 45 degrees above the horizon. The object was about half the size of a dime if you held a dime at arm's length from your eyes. Weather conditions: A sunny clear day with no clouds. The object seemed to move very slowly downward and to the west for the short time it appeared,(1-2 minutes) and then all of a sudden it disappeared. I'm a sales rep for a major manufacturing company after retiring from radio broadcasting for 27 years. This is my first sighting of what I would classify as a UFO.
