lights at a high altitude hover east of placerville toward nevada
originally thought to be a helicopter, it stayed in one poistion only moving slightly. had regular red/green marker lights that flashed rapidly and a bright white light. i kept trying to convince myself it was a regular aircraft, yet i cant see anything holding a hover for that long at that altitude.
