Was seen by the naked eye, flashing but not moving. Also seen by the naked eye was the colour change - red, blue, purple, green. With binoculars the top seemed blue and the bottom seemed green. The object looked like it was spinning but it was not moving. The object had been seen a few nights before. Fist in the binoculars it was round, then changed to oblong and finally looked like a half moon. It was very noticable and four people seen it.
