Round light appeared to be surrounded by fog, approaced from south neaded NNE, changed speed, then turned sharply west.
Siloam Springs, AR Tuesday Oct 11, 05. When in the parking lot leaving work at approx 0320, facing the south, I looked up to the sky and noticed what appeared to be a round light, surrounded by fog, very high in the sky coming from the south heading NNE at a very steady pace. The stars were bright and there did not appear to be any clouds that I could see.
Thinking it was probably a jet flying quite high, it kept heading NNE, but right as it got overhead, it sped up dramatically and when it got slightly north of my position it quite abruptly made a 90 degree turn straight west and I lost sight of it.
