Formation of amber lights over (around) Tolleson, AZ, that would flicker off and on over a span of 90 minutes (we took pictures).
Media said they thought that they were flares and/or weather balloons and that they received several calls.
Definately NOT any of those explainations.
We drove towards them and observed them for 90 minutes.
