Me and my girl friend were laying on the beach in-front of her beach house in mexico (rancho nuevo los cerritos beach pescadero baja california sur mexico). the light pollution is very low, and it was an incredibly starry night. you could see the milky way. no moon.
all of a sudden a light caught my eye, i looked up and there was an orb of light, casting a white light, almost LED like in tint, on us (me and my girlfriend). i told my girl "holy ((word deleted)) look up" and she freaked out and grabbed me, kinda funny actually. the thing just sat there hovering motionless over us like it was watching us, super weird. it fully was casting light on the beach around us. like moon light.
then it took off up into the sky in a huge arch and went over the horizon line. Moving at speeds unlike that of any anything ive ever seen, it was incredible. to this day im still baffled, but i defiantly realize we're not the only ones in this big freezing vacuum.
