Bright green streak across the sky.
On August 1st at approximately 8pm, my daughter and I were watching a lightning storm to the south.
We turned to enter the house and saw a bright green light streak across the sky in the east. There was no mistaking this for a lightning flash as the sky was very clear expect for the south in U.S. territory.
