I was looking at the moon at around 9:40pm noticed something i thought was a star just to the dark side of the moon as i watch the sky the next 2 hrs and the moon continued it rotaion i noticed it was in the same position next to the moon and the moon had moved well past the power lines above my back yard i got out the telescope to see something??? not knowing what was in orbit of the moon and it is still there to this time of 11:45pm i will continue to watch it for as long as i can. i would like to know if we have something in orbit but if we do it is rather large in size to see with the naked eye but in a telescope it is staying the same distance from the surface but moving with it. i will notify if any change b4 i go to bed.
