Silver UFO hovering a few miles from the Robinson Nuclear Plant
This was a few years ago when I was a teenager, so my memory is pretty weak about everything time-related. But my memory of the event is crystal because it has been the only UFO I've seen in my life.
I was riding in the back of my dad's truck. We were coming home from a family visit up in Chesterfield, South Carolina, and I was napping as we went home on the Ruby Road, which runs for miles and miles through Darlington and Chesterfield counties. When we got toward the plant, which was close to home, I opened my eyes and just watched the clouds go along because it was a beautiful summer day (that's why I think it was in July or August). Something silver up in the air caught my attention as we were driving along. When I focused on it, I could clearly see it was much closer to me than the clouds I had been looking at (like superimposed, or like you would see a helicopter in the air and you could judge distance).
The craft itself was bell-shaped. It was very far away, and the truck was moving, but there was a definite curve to the top of it and a flat bit on the bottom. It was very bright, very shiny, and it was just hanging there in the air. I saw it for five or six minutes, and I kept my eyes on it as the truck moved and my position changed, so I'm sure it was just hovering. Dad kept driving and I eventually lost sight of it.
The most interesting thing is that we were close to the Robinson Nuclear Plant. I've never seen anything like it before or since. I just felt like I had to tell someone about this after seeing your interview on the new Missing 411 movie.
