Two bright lights in the southeastern sky that waxed and waned in brightness in unison.
Not even sure this was a UFO sighting. Two lights waxed and waned in the southeastern part of the sky. The lights were parallel to each other, appeared stationary and lasted only a couple seconds. The lights were blue-white. The main oddity was that the two lights waxed and waned in unison. The size and brightness seemed identical. The brightness rivaled the brightest objects in the sky at the time.
There was nothing in the sky or surroundings to give a sense of scale or distance as the sky was extremely clear and cloudless.
