Well, i saw three lights above the clouds, the clouds were very scarce and scattered, above you can see the dark sky and the stars.
These lights were going back and forth constantly and at a very quick rate, approx a mile per second or more, they seem to stop instantly and then go back split in to three and merge and they seem to play with each other, I noticed this whilst out jogging, now here is the weird bit.
A police car with sirens and flashing lights tryed to go through some red traffic lights, the lights in the sky noticed this and they came directly above the police car and stopped, still above the clouds, and flashed as quick as the police cars lights, they seem to mock these lights, when the police car drove off, the three lights then went back to there back and forth movement.
((NUFORC Note: We wonder whether the sighting might have been caused by advertising lights, being projected from the ground, but such lights usually are projected on the bottoms of clouds, when the sky is overcast. PD))
