Tic tac like encounter.
I was waiting for my ride to LZ from Camp Faluja billeting area. Moon was past full and rising. I was facing moon. Object came into my vision from behind. Slightly green in color. Like a chem lite. Rapidly entered an elipitical orbit that intersected face of moon on the high side. At least 4 revolutions. Then traveled straight up rapidly departing to south. Speed and course changes more abrupt than military aircraft. No sound.
As it departed my driver, who had just arrived, asked me what it was (in much more colorful lamgauge).
