I was sitting watching television, the window curtains were open and I caught something green coloured in the side of my eye. I turned immediately to look at it. It was bright green and more of a cylinder than a ball ( like a ball elongated to twice it's diameter best describes the shape ). It appeared to be travelling at a phenomenal speed but it was difficult to tell how far away it was. It seemed to be travelling in an arc like it may have been following the earth's curvature. It disappeared from my view when it seemed to dip behind some buildings on the skyline. The speed and the colour really made an impact on me, hence this report. I have never seen a " UFO " before and have never been a great beleiver in them either but I cannot dey what I saw.
