Bright light approz 2x the size of Venus in western sky above ridge of foothills. I pulled over to see what it might be, or if it was moving, which it was not. It then blinked out. About 3 or 4 seconds later re-appeared in almost same spot. It looked almost like the sun reflecting off of something, but the sun was behind it.
