while driving home at dusk,noticed pinkish-orange object in sky.it was cigar shaped and lengthwise to the sky at tree level.object was stationary for aprox 10 minutes as we watched,we pulled over to observe better.object appeared to be moving closer,and turning sideways at a tilted angle as it moved over the trees.and object began to move upward to the left at a slow rate of speed.lights began to pulsate, and a light at the tip turned from bright white to black as the object faded from view.
