strange light over the west pacific ocean.
It glowed over the ocean of the west pacific, very, very bright ball like color.I I see it moving straight up in the clowds slowly. the color is bright green round. like the street signal light, but the light was like somthing i never seen before the light was rapidly blinking, like a high, and low blink. then vanished into the night.
