circular square object with flagging movement w/no sound
This objects shape was a circular square shape which waved in like a flag would, but not flacid. It wasnt a bag because it was too high up for a bag to be that high (a very faint wind)The sky was mostly clear and sunny but yet setting so the color was not clear it could have been black or smokey grey.
It came from the southeast and was travelling northwest. because I live near lake Ontario it's easy to tell direction and it was going more north than west but veering that course. It lasted approximately 2 minuets and speed quessing 70 to 80 miles per hour.
I didnt notice lights because of the sun position near the horizion but it was something I've never seen before and the shape also was high more than wide. Guessing again I would say it was about 4 to 5 hundred feet from the ground and in relation was about the size of a kitchen garbage can (the plastic kind). Had police investigate and not sure if they found or saw anything. The last detail I remember is that there was no sound either very quiet.

While we were speaking with the witness, a law enforcement officer arrived at his residence, and reported that no other reports had been received by the local 9-1-1 emergency center. The witness insisted that the object did not look like a paper or plastic bag, even though it had the general shape of a bag. The peculiar object moved in a straight line across the sky. PD))
