Shiny black cylindrical object close to gliders.
A shiny black cylindrical object was observed for about 20 minutes at a low altitude (gliders in the vacinity). The object appeared to be slowly tumbling and moved at the same speed as the clouds (like a balloon). It appeared to be solid when viewed through binoculars. It did not appear to distort in the wind as a long balloon would.
