Unknown light shown over Uppsala, Sweden witnessed by many people
This is a fresh report I found on the Internet at the main swedish net newspaper which listed a report from the Uppsala local newspaper http://www2.unt.se/first/ In swedish Mystiskt ljusfenomen väckte uppståndelse 2003-04-08 22:51 Ett ljusfenomen på himlen över Uppsalaområdet vållade uppståndelse på tisdagskvällen.
Observationer rapporterades från flera håll i Uppsala, bl a i Årstaområdet, samt i Örsundsbro. Såväl UNT som SOS Alarm i Uppsala fick ta emot samtal och epost om händelsen, och observationerna vidarebefordrades av SOS Alarm till flygräddningen. Alla rapporterna talade tämligen samstämmigt om en kulört lysande avlång kropp som efter en färd över himlavalvet tycktes upplösas i en vit, ljudlös explosion.

All reports talked about a multicolored luminescent oblong body moving over the sky which seemed to be dissolved into a white, soundless explosion.
