Red light above Portland
I noticed a red light at night (naked eye) coming from the east of downtown Portland about 20 degrees above the horizon heading west. The speed and size of this light was the same as when ISS & Shuttle are docked together, but this light was red and did not fade away. This red light flickered abnormally in intensity as a whole. The event ended when it went behind the hills and I lost sight.
