I was on my way home from work. I was coming up over a small pass about 12 miles North of Reno on Hwy 395, just before the Cold Springs exit when I saw a very large bright red light very low in the sky. It was flashing and moving very fast. I was so focused on the light I did not see anything else. At first I thought a helicopter was landing on the freeway, then I thought no way, as the light was huge, moving to fast and there was absolutely no sound. The lights flashed across the freeway and up the side of Peavine mountain and disappeared. It happened so fast I did not see anything but the light.
