This is a link to to the minutes to the February 2001 Board Meeting of Northumberland, PA. The minutes reflect that, Todd Sees, at that time was interested in doing some work for the board. This may or may not have any bearing on his death in August of 2002; or the fact that his death was ufo related. The board was in need of repair work on certain buildings, to the roof and heating and cooling systems.
