UFO above mountain
Left building at 10:15 started car and noticed beam of light thought it was off of football lamps but realized when I moved car it wasn't. Stopped car and looked into night sky. Was positioned about 23 miles away above mountain. Bright disk, had various lights of white color moved back and forth. Then lights faded and you could hardly see it. Disappeared about 20 seconds after first saw it.
