Just finished yard work and looked towards a nearby field and seen this saucer shaped craft hovering with spinning lights of different colors. Extremely close to ground about 200ft. Hovered and moved slowly.
After floating behind a few trees ...what appeared to be a fighter jet came from direction of PGV airport flying low and turned around.
