Metallic Disc Shaped UFO seen hovering at low altitude.
I was just about to leave for work around 9:30 am. I got in my car and as I was about to back up....for some reason I had an urge to stop the car and look up in the sky. So I did and I saw a shiny metallic disc shaped ufo. It was moving slowly but after when I began starring at it, it stopped moving, it hovered there for a while and it appeared to wobble and it wobble quite severely. After a couple of minutes of just hovering, it began moving again and slowly ascended until it could no longer be seen. The craft was roughly 1000 feet in the air, it appeared very large. The skies were sunny clear, no clouds. It happened just south of highway 9, so I'm sure other people saw it as well. There have been rumors in this area that things like this have been seen in the past 2 years, and that they are seeming to increase.
I'm currently a university student, whose studies are in the science area. I also work part-time for local government.
