bright light over raleigh nc
I saw a large bright light while driving down Gorman St toward Avent Ferry Rd. I assumed it was a helicoptor, but when I stopped my car there was no sound. The light was about the size of my pinky nail at arm's length. It also was dropping extremely slowly toward the ground. I didn't feel safe on the side of the road and so lost sight of it in the tree line. At 10:20 PM, it was still cloudy and this light was definitely below cloud level.
