rotating saucer with lights very low with a lot of detail
it was 500 feet of the ground and you could see a lot of detail. It was rotating clock wise. lots of lights around the side. The lights didn't shine away from the craft like headlights it look more like windows with lights on the inside. When the other two witnesses saw it was traveling upward but still very visable.
