Slow-moving black triangular craft, low in the air. Holding hand straight up in the air would "barely cover" the airplane. White flashing light on one wingtip (side-on profile -- couldn't see other wingtip). Saw it from backyard in my North-Spokane neighborhood. Couldn't hear any sound.
