High above an orange light (looking like a star) moving too fast makes immediate sharp turn.
As I'm outside enjoying a new pair of headphones and smokes outside my dorm I'm stargazing. I notice an orange light high in the sky moving too fast for any aircraft make an immediate 90 degree turn from Southeast to Southwest* -- this was a very sharp turn, no curve, no deceleration. It vanished shortly after.
*My directions could be incorrect as this was 20 years ago, however the sharp 90 degree turn is accurate.
