Watching the flight pattern from Beal Airforce Base that runs along the northeast section of the sky over Alta Sierra(a sub-division of Grass Valley CA ) a very brite white turning to silver as it traveled sphere came into my peripheral view ,as I focused on the sphere it hovered and then sped across the sky at a very high rate of speed and then vanished.
