The object very bright, shimering, as bright as the setting sun about 25 degrees to the south!! Oval or disc shaped standing upright, hovering motionless, no noise, just a very bright shimmer, then it vanished into thin air!!! The location was directly over an ARMY AMMUNITION FACILITY...
