Circular object with rotating lights, moving south.
A dull gray circular object with clockwise rotating lights around entire outer edge of craft that changed from blue to red to green then back to blue. Object was flying slowly in an erratic zig-zag pattern. Object seemed to hover for about 4 minutes before gradually moving in a southerly direction until out of sight.
