west of highway 88 between the towns of inola, ok. and tiawah, ok. there was a flashing light of white and red at approx 45 degree angle from the ground. the object looked to be about 3-5 miles away.the flight pattern was of a strange bobbing and skipping motion. the lights would flare and receed .
