I was looking out my office window when I saw a metallic looking saucer like craft moving in erratic motions. It couldn't have been more than a couple of thousand feet away. There was no noise and it stayed hovering for a moment after zig-zagging back and forth, and just like a rocket, disapeared in the clouds.
