I was looking out at the lights below me and saw an orange dot above one of the towns below. It stayed in one place and did not move. I went to get binoculars and when I returned it had dissappeared only to reappear within 5 minutes. I watched it as it stayed in the same place for about a minute before until it slowly moved up and dissappeared.
