Walked out of the back door of the restaurant I worked in on Valley View Blvd., which is very close to the airport. There was a small, completely silent orb shaped ball of light about 30 feet above the back parking lot. I just stood and observed for a short time, then the object slowly moved directly upward, eventually gaining velocity and moving far from my sight.
