A bright green outline with a black center......fell very fast behind a group of trees, about 100yds or less from me!!!
((NUFORC Note: We received another report from Susanville recently, but we are uncertain of the date of that second report. If the witness to this event, a student, had witnessed a luminous meteor that landed as close as she asserts it may have been, she almost certainly would have experienced a very loud sonic boom. If anyone was witness to this event, we would welcome more reports. PD))
