Multiple sightings of flying disks in Eleuthera, Bahamas between 1984 and 2004, one very close overhead in 2000.
I was staying at friend’s house that sat about 50 feet above sea level on the Atlantic beach in Eleuthera, Bahamas between Governor’s Harbor and Palmetto Point. The previous night, we saw colored lights twirling above the coral reef for hours. The next day at dusk, we felt an electrical force pulling us outside onto the deck. On the deck, a shadow moved over us and we saw flying about 30 feet above us, a large disk about the size of a football field surrounded by windows with lights. There was no sound, wind, etc. The object continued north along the coastline as far as we could see (about 10 minutes).
This was not an isolated incident. I lived in Eleuthera, Bahamas for 20 years (1984 - 2004) and could frequently see similar objects hovering above the beach and then quickly flying up to disappear into the sky.
