Large orange orb NW Illinois see
Very large egg shaped glowing orb in sky. Appeared a dark orange color that pulsed a yellow light. Emitted no sound. Appeared to be perhaps a mile away. Large, would guess 400-500 feet in height, 200-300 feet wide. Watched for several minutes, object went dark and then emitted a large white flash.
