Lights gradually coming on, and then going off in formation.
Iv seen on tv, the wierd lights that go on and off over Navada. I saw the same exact thing in Fairbanks, when I was stationed at Ellsworth AFB. There were about seven of the lights, in a distance slowly coming on, and then going off. I was told that it was F-16 aircraft doing training missions, or flying in formation, using their afterburners.
