flashes of light boggle a crowd's minds
we were by the mississpi river and we saw a white flash of light above the river (almost 10 feet above) then the flash turned into a circle of white light and went outward from the flash about 75-100feet and had green and blueish sparkles in it ..then it faded out completly as another one appeared almost in it but further down the river then two more of the same appeared at the same time ..others from the area said that they have seen it before thanks (it wasnt fire works)
