RED LIGHTS OVER CHANDLER!!!
Same red lights seen over mesa - gilbert area of arizona on 7-25-00. Bright red two lights moving as one from west to east then stopping to hover or float for a minute or two then the light on the east side began blinking then fell from position like a dead flare . A minute later the light on the west did the same.
