I was driving back to Iowa from Jefferson City when (near Pittsville) I saw a group of white circle lights
While I was on my way home to Iowa I saw some White lights just to the south of Highway 50. There was 5 or 6 and they formed a circle with one in the middle. they Made a down-ward motion to the Highway, and back up again. I saw them for a time span of about 15-25 min. When they left they just vanished.
