Yellow line near Staten Island Mall!
I was walking to The Mall in November of 1999 (I can't remember the exact date) and I looked up at the sun and saw a yellow line, that appered to be changeing colors to orange. I looked down and shook my head in disbelief and when I looked back up it was gone. Was it a UFO? You decide.
